"This is the best day of my life!"...said my 10 year old son with a huge grin on his wet face. As a family of six; 2 parents and 4 children aged 12, 10, 6 and 3 yrs and complete surf novices, we were excited, but a little unsure what to expect. Jon and Rascene greeted us with friendly smiles that instantly put us at ease. We spent 2 great hours in the surf at Warkworth - kids cosy in Jon's extra thick wetsuits, gloves and boots; the older two loving their surf boards and the younger two brilliant on body boards! Jon was friendly, professional and attentive spending time with each of us and constantly encouraging us. We left with six smiles, a sense of achievement and the surfing bug!! The children are already asking "When can we do it again?" Thanks Jon and Rascene, it was the best day of our holiday!
