What to expect
Upon arrival you will be changing at a car park so have your swim wear already on, then we will get you suited up then helmet & buoyancy aid, followed by a safety brief & a planned route we will be taking.
( you don’t have to participate in the higher jumps if you feel uncomfortable, there are smaller ledges to jump off )
all you need to bring is a towel, swimwear & a pair of laced trainers with a thick sole & we provide the rest
